Above there's pictures of two profiles. One is your crew front profile. The one at the top is

the elevator progress. The elevator is something to do with gems. There's to shopping

uses. Coins, and Gems. Coins are easier to get. But gems can get you rare items!

The more gems you get, the higher the elevator progress goes. You can win prizes 

by getting the whole crew to earn many gems. Good Luck in finding the perfect crew for you!
